I’m a licensed clinician, keynote speaker, and the founder of Restoration House LLC, but long before any of that, I was the one fighting to survive. Addiction. Depression. Shame. I've walked through the fire, and by God's grace, I came out with purpose in my steps and a calling on my life.

Today, I travel the country speaking to teams, organizations, and communities about the things most people are afraid to talk about—mental health, addiction, trauma, and the power of resilience. My work is a fusion of clinical expertise and lived experience, and it’s all rooted in one core belief: your story isn’t over yet.

Whether I’m standing on a stage, leading a workshop, or sitting one-on-one with someone who feels like giving up, I bring the same message: Healing is real. Change is possible. You are not alone.
